Question 1

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum to place an order. Orders above our free-delivery threshold ship at no charge within our service area; smaller orders carry a modest delivery fee that we will always tell you about up front.

Question 2

How fast do orders arrive?

In-stock items ordered before 4pm are delivered the next business day throughout our service area. Special orders and non-stock items typically take two to five business days, and we confirm the date before we place the order.

Question 3

Can I get an account with net terms?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Established businesses can apply for a net-30 account with consolidated monthly billing. The application takes a few minutes and approval usually comes back within two business days. Until then we accept card and check.

Question 4

Do you price match?

Accepted Answer

Send us a current quote or invoice from another supplier and we will match or beat it on comparable items wherever we can. If we cannot, we will tell you plainly rather than swapping in a lower-grade product to hit the number.

Question 5

What if a product does not work out?

Accepted Answer

Unopened stock items can be returned within 30 days for full credit. If something was not the right fit for your facility, tell us what went wrong and we will help you find a replacement that works — that is usually a sizing or dilution issue we can fix quickly.

Question 6

Do you carry eco-friendly and certified products?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We stock third-party certified cleaning chemicals, recycled-content paper, and compostable breakroom disposables. If your organization has a sustainability requirement to document, we can build your order list entirely from qualifying products.

Question 7

Can you supply dispensers and equipment?

Accepted Answer

We install soap, towel, and tissue dispensers at no charge for accounts that buy the matching consumables. For vacuums, auto-scrubbers, and burnishers we sell, service, and stock the wear parts so a machine failure does not stop your crew.

Question 8

How do I switch from my current supplier?

Accepted Answer

Send us a recent invoice or your order history and we will build a matching quote line by line, flagging any item where a different size or concentration saves you money. Most accounts are fully switched over within a week with no gap in supply.
